TRILONDE LTD runs BlueTool website (in text “Website”) and all services (“Service”) connected to the TRILONDE LTD. These Terms and Conditions address specifically the access and use of the service. By purchasing and/or accessing the aforementioned service you comply expressly with the Terms and Conditions specified herein.
An on-going membership is provided at BlueTool.
Your membership is automatically renewed following a trial period of 3 days, and then every 30 days you will be charged the full membership price of 48.00 EUR/month or the equivalent in local currency, specified under “Pricing by country”. Memberships run automatically until you actively cancel you membership. No binding period applies, which means it can be terminated at any time.
When signing up for a membership through any of our ongoing campaigns you agree to let BlueTool cancel the promotional trial period price and charge the regular monthly subscription rate from the credit card that was used when signing up for the service. When purchasing a subscription, it will automatically be renewed every month until you decide to terminate it. To own a valid subscription on BlueTool you must be at least 18 years old and be a resident in one of our operating countries. No hidden fees will be charged when signing up and you can terminate the subscription at any moment before the end of the 3 day trial period.
Should the customer’s credit card reject the subscription charge, the same credit card will later be charged the same amount until payment is registered successfully.
Rejected payments are charged again upon monthly subscription renewal. Continuous rejected payments that last over 6 months will result in immediate subscription termination and access to BlueTool will be closed.
TRILONDE LTD reserves the right to issue both digital and physical invoices if an order is not completed through credit card payment. Invoices may be issued by a third party in accordance with TRILONDE LTD’S legal right to use so called factoring methods. The customer also understands and accepts that in this here agreement all electronic and telephonic communications between the mentioned parties are in accordance with RPL § 154a.
An order and payment confirmation will be sent to the email stated by the customer upon registration.
We strive to provide the very best customer support available and are open Monday-Friday from 08.00 AM - 23.00 PM (Time zone: UTC +1). We will do our best to offer guidance and support within 48 hs on weekdays. Our customer support service is closed on weekends.
All queries can be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We provide assistance in French and English so please send us your questions in any of these two languages. That way we will be able to offer the best and quickest assistance online. If queries are sent in other languages we might not be able to assist you.

Unread introduction E-mails, Invoice E-mails and other informative E-messages
BlueTool is not to be held accountable for the loss or inability to receive e-mails, invoices, receipts, terminations and other important messages on behalf of the subscriber. It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to provide a legitimate and fully functional e-mail address that can ensure all e-communications on behalf of BlueTool are received, read and not sent to the spam or ”junk mail” folder. E-mail providers such as Hotmail and Gmail are less reliable when it comes to acknowledging e-mails issued by BlueTool. Therefore we recommend using an alternative provider when signing up to BlueTool.
When you register on our website, you agree:
• that the information you provide is accurate, legitimate and up-to-date;
• to keep your password and other security-related information confidential;
• to periodically update your information for the purpose of keeping it accurate, legitimate and up-to-date;
• to be responsible for all actions made through the use of your account;
• To pay your monthly invoice in a timely manner until you decide to terminate or cancel your membership.

You have the sole responsibility of ensuring that your payment information is correct. You agree to pay in advance for the services provided and ahead of the time period in which said services are provided. Unless otherwise stated, you agree to be billed automatically in order to prevent any disruption of your Services. Payment will be made with the use of your credit card or other billing solutions provided by you and kept on file with us, until you notify TRILONDE LTD of your desire to cancel said Services.
TRILONDE LTD does not store payment information. All payments are made through SSL encryption technology in order to ensure maximum safety.
You acknowledge and accept that any card and/or related billing and payment information provided by you will be shared by TRILONDE LTD with a third party associate, such as: payment processor and/or service.
The registration period starts with a 3-day trial period.
If you do not cancel your subscription by the time your trial period expires, your card will be charged the corresponding amount which is specified in our “Pricing by Country Table”. Your Campaign Country will determine the amount and currency to be paid.
TRILONDE LTD reserves the right to charge you a trial fee and thereafter a full membership fee, which is specified in our “Pricing by Country Table”, in order to access our Services.
TRILONDE LTD reserves the right to change its fees at any time, upon notice, if such a change should affect your current or future subscriptions.
Our charge on your credit card statement will appear as "Bluetool.io.+357 22008272”.
Cards accepted: Visa and MasterCard.
You may terminate or cancel your service by sending a written notice to TRILONDE LTD via email: email@example.com. You can also log in to your account and cancel your subscription at any time. In the case of cancellations made within 14 days from subscribing to our service, we offer a full refund (trial + monthly subscription fee).
You have the right to discontinue and/or cancel your account and/or any BlueTool Services at any time.
Please note that your subscription can also be paused for an unlimited period of time due to travel/vacation or other reasons. For further enquiries please include the following information: order number, customer ID, full name and email-address.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, your profile will still remain active until the next billing period starts. After that, you will no longer be able to access your profile and we will delete all personal information stored on your profile. We shall not be held responsible for such deleted information.
TRILONDE LTD can decide to terminate your access to its Services, in full or in part, without prior notice, in the event that:
You should violate this Agreement
You should fail to pay your fees in a timely fashion
Your should abuse or use the Service in a way that may harm TRILONDE LTD or others
You should violate our Terms & Conditions and/or share other customers information (e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, etc.)
You should demonstrate illegal, non-ethical, irresponsible or harmful behavior that may be interpreted as harassment towards other customers or the TRILONDE LTD website. Your account should be considered fraudulent.
You should engage in inacceptable behavior as defined by our website.
In such case, TRILONDE LTD will not refund any fees paid by you prior to termination, and you will be obligated to pay any fees and charges prior to the effectiveness of said termination.
Please note: Upon Service termination, user content, profile, and related data will be deleted. Your account and the use of our Service will be terminated, either by you or by TRILONDE LTD. You can terminate your subscription by following the instructions provided by the Service. TRILONDE LTD has the right to terminate your access to the Service at any moment and for any reason, thus cancelling your right to the further use of the Service. You may terminate your BlueTool account at any time by following the instructions provided by the Service. These Terms and Conditions regarding the protection and enforcement of BlueTool proprietary rights, your representations and warranties, the disclaimer of representations and warranties, release and indemnities, liability restrictions and any types of damages, data and information ownership, governing law and jurisdiction, as well as miscellaneous provisions will survive any such termination.
Content considered a direct violation of the law and cases of harassment shall be reported to the relevant authorities, including the member’s IP address, time of creation and other relevant information.
Refund requests are reviewed by our customer support team. If approved, we will process and refund the corresponding amount to your credit card. We offer a full refund of all subscription costs (trial + monthly) in case you decide to cancel your subscription within 14 days from subscribing.
You are not allowed to upload, display or in any other way provide through or on our Service any content that: (i) is defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, discriminating, harassing, offensive or in any other manner violates the law or infringes upon the rights of a third party (this includes copyright, privacy, trademark, publicity and/or other personal or proprietary rights); or (ii) TRILONDE LTD’s sole judgment, is objectionable or restricts/inhibits any other person from using the Service and/or may potentially expose TRILONDE LTD or its users to any harm of any kind.
You agree to indemnify TRILONDE LTD and its directors, employees, agents, contractors and suppliers for any losses, claims, liabilities and damages, including attorneys fees, that should arise from your access to or use of the Service, including any false representation made to the TRILONDE LTD, your violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, and/or claims that any product provided by us is inaccurate, inappropriate and/or defective in any way.
You will ensure TRILONDE LTD that your access and use of our Service is in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and all laws, rules and regulations applicable within the EU or any other relevant jurisdiction, including those with regards to online behaviour and acceptable content, and those which concern the transmission of data exported from the EU and/or the jurisdiction in which you reside. You further warrant that you are the sole proprietor and/or creator of any material submitted through the Service or/and that you have the right to exploit such material as detailed below. You will also make sure to keep your user name, password and account information safe. This includes not sharing your user name or password with any third parties to access your BlueTool account.
Any and all information, property and rights provided by TRILONDE LTD. are granted on an “as is” basis. TRILONDE LTD and all its suppliers make no warranties of any kind regarding the Service, expressed or implied, and any warranty, including those of merchantability, are disclaimed. Nor does TRILONDE LTD make any warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, availability, content, functionality or error-free operation, expected, user-based results or non-infringement. Access and use of the service may be restricted, limited or unavailable during system upgrades, periods of heavy demand, malfunctions or scheduled/unscheduled maintenance as well as other reasons.
TRILONDE LTD will not be held liable for any incidental, special, indirect, consequential or exemplary damages that might arise out of the access or use of the Service, or due to the inability to access or use the Service or any parts thereof, which includes but is not limited to the loss of use of the Service, insatisfactory or inaccurate results, profit loss, interruptions or damages caused by the loss or corruption of data or information, or data being rendered inaccurate, the cost of recovering such lost data, the cost of substitute services or claims made by third parties for damages to computers, modems, software, telephones or any other related property, even if TRILONDE LTD has been informed of the possibility of such damages. TRILONDE LTD’s liability to you or to any third party acting and/or claiming on your behalf is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months prior to the initial action that gave rise to the liability, regardless of the form of the action. This is an aggregate limit. The existence of more than one claim does not increase the limit.
The software used on BlueTool’s website may possibly have technical, typographical, or photographic errors. BlueTool does not guarantee that any material on its website are accurate, complete or up-to-date. BlueTool may change the content on its website at any time without prior notice. BlueTool does not, however, guarantee that updates will be made to the materials. Furthermore, no refunds will be paid out if and when our software is out of service. We will of course do our best to provide the best service possible for all our subscribers.
BlueTool has not reviewed all of the sites/links/url:s connected to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked sites, or the content and/or files uploaded by our users on BlueTool. Inclusion of links or files on our website does not imply endorsement by BlueTool. The use of any linked content is at the user’s own risk.
Any content available through our Service, including designs, graphics, texts, images, data, software, audio and other related files, as well as their selection and arrangement (i.e. "Service Content"), are the sole property of TRILONDE LTD and/or its licensors. No Service Content may be copied, duplicated, modified, distributed, downloaded, reproduced, republished, displayed, transmitted or sold in any form or by any means whatsoever, in whole or in part, other than what is expressly allowed in these Terms and Conditions. Any robots, data mining, scraping or similar methods for gathering or extracting data to obtain Service Content is strictly prohibited. All data and materials produced out of your access and use of the Service is exclusively owned by TRILONDE LTD. All property and proprietary rights of TRILONDE LTD not expressly defined in these Terms and Conditions are also reserved for TRILONDE LTD and its licensors.
BlueTool and all other trademarks, including service marks, logos and graphics used through the Service or in connection to the Service are the property of TRILONDE LTD. Some of them have been registered with the EU Copyright Directive. Access to the Service does not entitle you to use or reproduce the BlueTool name or any BlueTool or third-party trademarks, including service marks, logos and graphics.
Members and subscribers who have chosen to receive our notification and/or marketing emails may opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our e-mails. Requests to unsubscribe can also be made by emailing us directly using the contact information provided. Please keep in mind that some communications (such as account notifications, service messages, billing information) are considered necessary for the proper management of your account and therefor you won’t be able to unsubscribe to these messages unless you cancel your account.
These Terms and Conditions, its subject matter and your respective rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus, excluding any conflict of law of any other jurisdiction. Disputes that may arise between you and TRILONDE LTD are to be resolved by means of binding arbitration. Arbitration is to be conducted by a single arbitrator in the Cyprus. Unless expressly required by law, each party is responsible for its own legal costs and attorneys’ fees regardless of which party is considered the prevailing party in the arbitration.
In order to prove and demonstrate claims, as a copyright owner, of infringement upon your copyrights in connection to the use of any materials available in the Service, you can submit a copyright infringement notification to BlueTool pursuant to the EU Copyright Directive. In doing so, you will provide us with the following documentation:
• a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person acting on behalf of the copyright owner;
• a description of the work which you claim has been infringed due to copyright;
• a description of where the infringed and copyrighted material is to be found on the Service, with enough detail so that we may find it;
• a telephone number, address and email address;
• a statement by you stating that the use of said material is not authorized by law, the copyright owner or its agent; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that all of the above information is accurate and that you are indeed the copyright owner or are authorized to act upon the copyright owner's behalf.
All of BlueTool’s business practices strictly prohibit any acts of corrupt behaviour, bribery and/or money laundering activities.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws relating to money laundering, terrorism and commercial or public sector bribes (including but not limited to local anti-corruption laws, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Canada’s Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act, the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions and the U.K. Bribery Act).
Should you at any point in time fail to comply with these laws, BlueTool reserves the right to terminate your account without prior notice.
TRILONDE LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If the Terms and Conditions should change we will publish it on our website, allowing the subscriber 30 days to cancel the subscription should you disagree with said terms. Subscribers who have not terminated their accounts after 30 days will be considered in compliance with the changes in our Terms and Conditions. Subscribers can at any time change their user information in the ”My profile” section.
These Terms and Conditions include the full agreement between TRILONDE LTD and you as a subscriber. In the event that any of these Terms and Conditions are considered unenforceable by a court or any other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provisions shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary for these Terms and Conditions to remain in full force and effect. A waiver by TRILONDE LTD or you of any one provision set out in these Terms and Conditions will not eliminate such term or condition or enable a breach thereof. These Terms and Conditions are binding and to the benefit of TRILONDE LTD and you, as well as to yours and TRILONDE LTD’s respective successors.
These Terms and Conditions have originally been written in the English language (US). In the event that any translated version of this agreement should conflict with the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
